These professionals use their skill in evaluation and functional restoration for a comprehensive approach to return an injured employee back to the workplace. They are skilled at musculoskeletal assessments which allow them to make an objective determination regarding the employee physically capability of performing the demands of the employee’s job and establishing return to work recommendations at various stages of the injury process.   The therapists/trainers help employees get healthy, return to work and provide individualized education to reduce the risk of re-injury. As a result, they help employers reduce their Workers' Compensation costs as well as ergonomic risks.
