1. Write it down.
Start a gratitude journal and write down one to three things that you are grateful for each day. It's a great way to start and/or end your day on a positive note.
2. Breathe it in.
Take a mindful moment in your day to focus on what you are most thankful for. Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths and be present in your thoughts of gratitude, letting go of the stress from what's not going your way.
3. Pass it on.
Say "thank you" to those you appreciate. For anything big or small, giving thanks to those around you can have ripple effect, spreading positivity around the home or workplace.
